- No racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated.

- Flutes.tk always has the right to remove ads immediately and without warning.

Flutes.tk shall not be liable to any party for any consequences resulting from the placing of an ad on MarketPlace@Flutes.tk.
